The Bar Harbor Sustainable Tourism Development Fund is a partnership between the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce and Bar Harbor lodging properties to maintain and continue to develop Bar Harbor as a leader in sustainable tourism.

This hotel proudly participates in the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce Sustainable Tourism Development Fund by assessing a $1 per room night contribution on behalf of its guests.  This voluntary contribution will allow Bar Harbor to continue its leadership of sustainable tourism by promoting and enhancing its brand as a responsible, green destination as well as funding community projects that will help reduce the tourism industry’s impact on the environment.

Should you decide that you would rather not participate in our voluntary program, simply let the front desk know and we will remove the charge from your bill.
