Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's lodging.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event a confirmed reservation must be cancelled or rescheduled, the following policies apply:

• Refund:
  For a cancellation received at least ten days prior to confirmed arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a $30 administrative fee.
• No Refund:
  The deposit is nonrefundable for a cancellation received 9 or fewer days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
  

Early Departures/Delayed Arrivals:
Deposit subject to 50% forfeit if either arrival date is later or departure date is earlier than confirmed.


Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation insurance may be purchased to fully protect your advance deposit in the event you need to cancel your reservation, or change the dates of arrival or departure, for any reason, up until 10am on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellation insurance must be purchased 10 or more days prior to arrival date.
